The Winding Machine is also called the Wrapping Machine. Here is a brief introduction to the unpacking, installation and commissioning of the winding machine products:
1. After the winding machine arrives at the site, check whether the machines, parts and accessories listed in the packing list are in line and the machine is damaged during transportation. (If it is not complete or damaged, please report to the transportation department immediately or contact the shipper).
2. Confirm that the winding machine you are using meets the requirements on your order.
3. Open according to the specified position of the package (be careful not to damage the machine), check the equipment and random accessories according to the random packing list.
4. Read the winding machine manual in detail for installation, commissioning and use.
5. The winding machine equipment should be installed in a drier indoor environment without dust, no flammable and explosive chemicals and other substances that have corrosive effects on the machine, the temperature is -10-40 °C, no condensation.
6. Place the turntable part of the winding machine on a flat surface and connect the film system to the column and the turntable. Install the slope (accessory, optional) at the same level of the turntable. It should be convenient for the cargo to be placed or removed from the work position. Pay attention to the position and the gap with the turntable. After installation, use the expansion screw (self-prepared) to fix it.
Note: When placed on an uneven or soft ground, it will cause the deformation of the turntable to affect the use!
Check the other connected parts, whether the electrical wiring is loose or fall off, and fix all loose parts and wires in time.
7. Be sure to provide a correct, stable, and reliable fixed power supply (temporary lines are strictly prohibited). Connect the motor wiring and sensor lead according to the corresponding wire number. Connect the power supply to the power supply lead of the machine. Pay attention to the forward and reverse direction of the motor when connecting. Confirm the correctness and grounding the grounding test before testing. This is not the same as a heat shrink machine.
8. Check if the other limit switch, limit switch arm and limit stop of the winding machine are damaged and in the correct position, can it be used normally?
9. The chain and the reducer are lubricated or oiled before leaving the factory. Please confirm before running.
10. Turn on the power, and then turn on the air switch and the control panel power switch in the electrical cabinet of the wrapping machine. After the machine is powered on, it is in standby mode and can be debugged.
