Winding machine maintenance methods:

1. The inside and outside chains of the winding machine mold frame should be kept in the lubrication. If the film frame moves up and down with shaking, it can be eliminated by tightening the chain;

2. When the turntable becomes slow or slippery, first open the turntable motor cover, loosen the four connection bolts on the deceleration mounting plate, and then adjust the two tensioning bolts clockwise to achieve the required tension, the machine is in continuous Use 10 to 15 days should adjust the chain tension;

3, the lifting, chassis and membrane frame drive is completed by the worm gear worm governor, in the use of the process, please use the following requirements:

3) The new oil must be replaced after 7-14 days of operation, and then replaced every 1 year thereafter;

4) Ambient temperature should use low freezing point lubricant at -40-+40oC below 0oC;

5) The gear reducer is lubricated with grease, and no grease needs to be replaced during use, or it can be replaced according to actual conditions.

4. When placing the goods packaging, it should be carried out as gently as possible, so as not to deform the chassis or shorten the life of the parts;

5, the goods shall not exceed the height of the design package, otherwise it will affect the packaging effect;

6, the goods should be placed within the scope of the turntable, such as the goods should be in the range of 100mm or according to the actual space of the machine when the goods are too large, otherwise it may damage the machine;

7, should close the electrical cabinet, regular cleaning, inspection of electrical components and electrical connections to ensure the normal use of equipment.
